Acceptable Use Policy

Tafel Learn LLC

Permitted Use

The platform is intended for personal use by individuals preparing premed coursework, MCAT preparation, or medical school applications. You may use the platform to organize and develop your own application materials, track activities, experiences, deadlines, and recommendations, receive structured guidance on your profile and writing, and evaluate the completeness and coherence of your application.

All materials created using the platform must reflect your own genuine experiences and qualifications.

You must review and confirm that all materials reflect your actual experience before use.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Submit false, fabricated, or misleading information to the platform
  • Submit incomplete or selectively presented information in a way that creates a misleading representation
  • Use the platform to create application materials that misrepresent your experiences, qualifications, achievements, hours, roles, or responsibilities
  • Impersonate another person or use another person's data
  • Share your account credentials with others, including classmates, clubs, cohorts, or advisors
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass trials, coupons, usage limits, plan limits, or payment requirements
  • Use another person's account or allow another person to use your account
  • Use the platform to create, assist with, or submit application materials for another person
  • Upload another person's private information, essays, transcripts, recommendation content, application materials, or school records without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, benchmark, scrape, or replicate the platform's evaluation methodology, scoring algorithms, content libraries, prompts, outputs, or proprietary processes, or assist others in doing so
  • Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, scripts, or bulk requests to access or interact with the platform
  • Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, authentication, rate limits, or feature limits
  • Use the platform in a way that violates the application policies, technology-use rules, honor codes, or integrity requirements of any educational institution or application service
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or spam support, staff, other users, or platform systems
  • Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

Commercial Misuse

You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any part of the service or its outputs. You may not use the platform to provide consulting, advising, tutoring, writing, editing, admissions, or application preparation services to others. You may not use outputs from the platform as part of any commercial offering, whether directly or indirectly, without written permission from Tafel Learn LLC.

Access, Coupons, and Promotions

Coupons, trials, promotional access, and cohort codes are intended only for the recipient or approved group. We may revoke access, deactivate codes, or suspend accounts if we detect sharing, resale, bulk account creation, unusual redemption patterns, or attempts to bypass payment or plan limits.

Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in warning and required corrective action, temporary suspension of access, permanent termination of your account, cancellation of coupons or promotions, and forfeiture of access and fees paid.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.

We may monitor usage patterns to detect misuse, abuse, account sharing, fraud, policy violations, or attempts to bypass access controls.
